AURA is a Web3-based supportive solution, which was founded in 2023 by a group of students from the Faculty of Digital Economy at the National University of Management. Our goal is to empower People With Disabilities (PWD) in Cambodia to thrive in three key areas: living life to the fullest, enriching learning environment, and innovative earning opportunities.

Manh Pisal

Operations Officer

Manh Pisal is a passionate and purpose-driven student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Digital Economy at the National University of Management. She is a recipient of the prestigious USAID-DWD Award Scholarship, and currently she is a Campus Leader at Teach For Cambodia that works to solve the problem of education inequality in Cambodia. Recognized for her potential and dedication to advancing digital development and community impact. Pisal currently serves as the Operations Officer at the AURA Project, a tech-based initiative supporting people with disabilities through Web3 and GameFi solutions. In this role, she manages project logistics, coordinates training sessions, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations to help bridge digital gaps for marginalized communities.

Beyond AURA, Pisal is actively involved in national volunteer programs and youth empowerment initiatives. She has contributed to major events like the Cambodia STEM Festival, SEA Games, and Mekong Tech Festival, while also mentoring youth and teaching digital literacy to high school students in rural areas. Her commitment to inclusive education, social equity, and innovation guides everything she does. Pisal brings together technical knowledge, operational skill, and a strong sense of community to drive meaningful change for a more inclusive future.
